Sail is the sedan version of Chevrolet Sail U-VA. This entry level sedan comes with both petrol and diesel engines. Sail is available in four variants each with petrol diesel engines, these are: Base, LS, LS ABS and LT ABS. Gm is expecting that Sail will help them get a foothold in entry to mid-level sedan segment in the Indian car market. This GM SAIC model is replacing the Aveo which was a product of GM-Daewoo association. In effect a Korean model is being replaced by a Chinese car.
