Expected to launch in the Early quarter of 2017, Chevrolet Beat Spied

Cheverolet will soon be adding a new face - lifted version of Beat in its Indian line - up of cars. It was recently spied without covers in India.

The final face - lift design of Beat has been reveal by Chevrolet General motors and there are alibis saying that the car has been spotted testing on roads without any kind of camouflage. This car is expected to be launched in the early half of 2017 and was seen testing on Mumbai-Pune expressway.

The new face - lifted beat sets to be derived from Beat Active which was seen at the Auto Expo 2016, India. Overall outlook of the car is same as Beat active but has a certain cosmetic touch - up every here and there. The headlamps, grille and bumpers have been revised to a certain extent and so if the rear profile of the car however, the car looks same as its previous generation from the sides. No more roof rails for the new face - lift of Chevrolet Beat.

Then, for mechanical details we have nothing new but the 1.0 litre 3 cylinder diesel engine which churns out a maximum power of 57.1 BHP and a peak torque of 142 Nm or the 1.2 litre petrol motor with 4 engines which churns out 77.9 BHP and a peak torque of 106.5 Nm.

The infotainment unit of the car looks like it has undergone a lot of change and so does the new instrument cluster with a redesigned dashboard.

The car is supposed to be launched earlier in 2017 and also it will be a part of a company’s two year scheme of shelling out more cars in India - which include Chevrolet Essentia, Beat Activ, Cruze and the Trailblazer apart from Beat.
