Japanese car maker Toyota India has introduced 2018 Camry Hybrid at a price of Rs 37.22 lakh in the Indian market (ex-showroom, Delhi). The new model comes with subtle cosmetic changes inside the cabin besides getting the updated infotainment system with navigation feature. All other features, as well as the exteriors of the car, have been carried over by the Toyota.

On the outside, the new Camry comes with white front grill and an aggressive air dam housing vertically stacked fog lamps. The large alloys are the highlights in the profile and the rear of the car has also been carried over without any major alteration.

The changes although purely cosmetic in nature manifest inside the cabin where the Toyota has given the car tan leather upholstery along with carbon wood finish inserts. The company has also replaced the older 4-Spoke Steering Wheel with a 3-spoke unit. The major change, however, comes in the form of an updated touchscreen infotainment system having the option of navigation, Bluetooth, auxiliary input, and USB connectivity. Just so you know the Camry Hybrid features 12 speaker sound system which makes for an excellent acoustic experience. Other noteworthy features in the Camry Hybrid include wireless charging system, reclining seats electrically adjustable, collapsible headrests, and three-zone automatic climate control.

Under the Hood, a 2.5-liter petrol engine powers the Camry Hybrid taking the secondary duties of the 650-volt synchronous motor. The combined output of the engine and electric motor is rated at 205 BHP. In all probability, this is the last update to the current generation Camry Hybrid as the next generation version of the car is already out in the international market. The new Camry Hybrid in its latest avatar is expected to hit the Indian market very soon.
