Chevrolet India Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of GM Motors has launched 2016 Cruze in India. The car is priced between Rs 14.68-17.81 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). On the exterior front, new Cruze is different from the outgoing model in terms of new grill defined by horizontal Chrome slats. Head lamps are of projector type and come with daytime running lamps. In profile car remains similar to the older one although at the rear, there is a new spoiler trying to spice up the things. Inside the cabin, the differentiating feature is add-on equipment that cabin of new Cruze will come equipped with. Some of the noteworthy additions include automatic climate control, voice recognition system, and Bluetooth and internet radio. New Cruze continues to be powered by 2.0-litre 4 cylinder diesel engine putting out 166 PS of Max Power and 360 Nm of Max torque. Both manual as well as automatic transmission are on offer and like the previous model, there is no petrol version available for now.
